Would the story be different if it was written in Don Anselmo's point of view?

Of course the story will be much different. It will talked more about the trees, his feeling of it and his life. Because it's from Don Anselmo so we can understand the conflict of the story better than the visitor or the person who bought the house. When he write as a first person, the story might be longer and the word can be difficult for 8th grade us to read, with much more details and more feeling into it but still, we will be able to understand the story better than other kind of perspective.
